Reporting into the Head of HR you will manage the full 360 recruitment process. Your role will have a strategic direction and involve creating talent pools of great candidates and building strong pipelines. You will take detailed briefs from line managers and be responsible for managing the recruitment process from that point. You will advertise the roles and shortlist and screen candidates before inviting them in for interview. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure that your recruitment function is operating in reflection of their needs and you will work to coach them to improve their interview skills.
