Regional Employee Relations Manager
We are delighted to be able to bring to the market an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and highly commercial Employee Relations professional to join this exciting and highly fast moving business. Working from home within the Midlands, you will report into a Head of ER, you will have ideally worked in a senior Employee Relations role.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in continuing to drive this high-performance culture across the business by applying a commercial blend of employment law and sound judgements gained through practical, hands on experience.
You will be used to managing a high volume ER case load and providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to stakeholders across the business taking you across England and the central belt of the country. You can expect to be field based approximately 2 days per week with 2 days home based and 1-day office based.
The right candidate will have high levels of credibility in this field and come from a similar fast paced background with a highly commercial approach.
Another highly desirable element of this role is the practical application TUPE, therefore, we would be especially keen to hear from candidates with this element to their skill set.
You will also have a proven track record in influencing and challenging managers to achieve business results and ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
