A global Financial Services organisation based in Canary Wharf is looking for a VP level Reward Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

The Reward Manager will work in a large team covering a global population of c. 50,000. This is a business facing reward position with stakeholder management and will have support from a team of Analysts.

Key responsibilities include:

Working with the Head of Reward to develop and implement reward strategies, comp policies and practises

Work closely with HRBPs, providing advice and guidance on reward including cash comp, benefits, incentive/bonus plans and reward policy

Play an integral role in delivering the annual salary review

Manage the process and delivery of reward packages for new hires

Support with RemCo preparation

Key requirements:

Experience working in a complex, global environment

Extensive experience with compensation and related governance

Strong project management skills

Ability to challenge processes and identify improvement areas

Solid stakeholder management skills
