A global Financial Services organisation based in Canary Wharf is looking for a VP level Reward Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The Reward Manager will work in a large team covering a global population of c. 50,000. This is a business facing reward position with stakeholder management and will have support from a team of Analysts.Key responsibilities include:Working with the Head of Reward to develop and implement reward strategies, comp policies and practisesWork closely with HRBPs, providing advice and guidance on reward including cash comp, benefits, incentive/bonus plans and reward policyPlay an integral role in delivering the annual salary reviewManage the process and delivery of reward packages for new hiresSupport with RemCo preparation Key requirements:Experience working in a complex, global environmentExtensive experience with compensation and related governanceStrong project management skillsAbility to challenge processes and identify improvement areasSolid stakeholder management skills To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
