Learning and Development Manager
A global brand in the media industry is looking for a Learning and Talent Development Manager to join their expanding team in Central London. The role involves managing a client group of 1000 employees, therefore you must have experience working to a similar scale ideally within media, communications or advertising type business.
*Create and deliver strategic L&D solution in line with long term business goals and objectives
*Involvement in a full suite of learning interactions from inductions, technical training, personal development, apprenticeships, coaching and mentoring and leadership development
*Design and deliver training including classroom based, blended learning and using external trainers
*Analyse and interpret data and MI
*Proven track record in the full L&D lifecycle
*Knowledge and experience of Apprenticeship schemes and the Apprenticeship Levy
*Experience designing and delivering digital/online learning
*Demonstrable experience designing inductions programmes
