Executive Recruitment Manager
An established investment management business is looking for an Executive Recruitment Manager to lead on senior hiring across the organisation, covering a period of maternity leave. The role requires interaction with multiple global stakeholders including business leads, HR directors and external partners. The role supports hiring at Director level and above cross function, cross product line. You will also be involved in project work around maturing tools, systems and approaches to executive recruitment. Experience of managing senior hiring in house for an investment or asset management house would be ideal for thie role. A proven track record talent acquisition within financial services and a collaborative and forward thinking approach to are essential.
