Learning and Development Manager
An opportunity has arisen for an L&D professional to join the HR Team of this exciting Sports organisation. Based in South West London, the key job function will be to provide a training and development service to the Group business.
Identifying the training and development needs within the organisation through job analysis, PDP process and regular consultation with the Heads of Department will be key.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a training role and will be accustomed to design and delivery of training programs. A good understanding of and practical application of the Apprenticeship Levy will be advantageous.
You must enjoy a hands on approach and also be able to manage suppliers as well.
