Reward & Benefits Administrator
A global construction company is looking for a Reward & Benefits Administrator to deliver effective and efficient reward and benefit administration. The post holder will be a subject matter expert for all employees, working closely with the team to drive continuous improvement and being able to manage queries around reward in a timely manner.
- Presentation and submission of benefit contributions and schedules for payments
- Dealing with death in service administration
- Proving high quality reward advice
- Processing reward data for allocated payroll
- Producing various reward reports
- Administering salary review
- Inputting reward data in various payroll systems
The successful candidate will have previous experience of Reward and Benefits experience, strong administration skills and must be able to communicate at all levels.
