EMEA HR Business Partner
Our client, a global market-leading recruitment firm, are looking for an HR Business Partner to support the EMEA region. The role can be based either in central London or mainland Europe and is a great opportunity to work closely with business leaders to mentor and coach them and improve the business commercially.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will take the lead on all HR across the EMEA region. Working with the in-country leads and Senior Management teams, you will mentor and coach them to assist the business from a commercial standpoint. You will build good relationships, understand the business priorities and lead the development of the people strategy. Working collaboratively with the HR, L&D, legal and risk teams you will deliver a best practice HR service to the business. Taking charge of the day to day HR function, you will provide support on all employee relations matters, support L&D and developing your team to ensure the function supports business growth.
The role supports the EMEA region so it is essential that you can speak either Dutch or French, as well as being fluent in English. You will have a great knowledge of employee legislation across different geographies and be very strong operationally. You will also be comfortable developing and executing people strategies and have experience of delivering projects, including employee engagement, diversity, wellbeing and flexible working. You will be a strong generalist who can build great relationships in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The right candidate will be comfortable with frequent travel to the relevant geographies and can be based either in London, Brussels or Utrecht.
