HR Director - StandalonePermanentLondon - Victoria£50,000 - £70,000Marketing & Sales business I am currently looking for a candidate who is HR Business Partner level, or HR Manager looking to take ownership of the full HR remit, in a HR Director role, where you will sit on the leadership team for a business of 120 people. This role is a real mix of HR Operations and strategy. You will have the support from a HR Advisor, and an Office Manager. My client are an incredibly fast pace, and ambitious organisation within Marketing & Sales. They have big growth plans, and with a direct reporting line in to the CEO, you will get to really add value when creating values and a HR strategy. This role would suit someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, and experience of previously working with a group in Sales would be highly advantageous. It is advantageous for the successful candidate to have experience in this industry, but not essential. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working autonomously, and having full ownership of HR Operations. The business value HR, and very much consider this an exciting time to be joining.
