Learning and Development Partner
My client is a large public body who are currently undergoing significant change in both structure and culture are looking to appoint an experienced Learning and Development Partner. This role will support all Learning activity across the whole organisation. You will partner with the business to create and deliver effective group and individual learning. You will be working with the wider L&D and HR / OD Partners. The role:Influencing and challenging senior leaders in different areas of the service to develop blended learning solutionsDesign learning materials ensuring blended learningManage multiple and complex projects and budgetsManage external partnerships including working with external suppliers to build high L&D servicesAlign development strategies with best L&D industry thinking and practiseWork with elearning specialists to create digital contentDeliver content face to faceDesign and manage blended learning programmes We are looking for a CIPD qualified learning and development partner. You will need to have proven experience in creating highly engaging and innovative blended learning programmes for managers and leaders. The L&D Partner will need to work closely with the business and create innovative ideas and challenge the norm. This role is based in Canary Wharf and we are looking for someone on a permanent basis.
