Are you an immediately available HR Administrator looking for your next role? Better Placed HR are excited to be working with a great organisation based just north of Nottingham to recruit an HR Administrator to join their team as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to gain exposure to a high level of operation and get involved in some exciting project work.

Reporting directly into the Head of HR you will support the HR function and employees across the business with generalist queries. You will assist with the implementation of a new system and have great attention to detail ensuring that all data is accurate. The position will originally be on a temporary basis however they are looking for a star candidate who can take on the position permanently and make it their own. Providing first line support across the business, you will be a great communicator and able to build relationships at all levels.

This is a true generalist position that involves some great project work and exposure to high level individuals. You will be part of a small team that is hugely valued by the business and dedicated to developing their individuals.
