International Mobility Manager
A leading organisation is looking for an experienced Global Mobility professional to join them on a one year contract. The role will assist with the evolving International Mobility strategy by taking responsibility for the design, development and delivery of EMEA global mobility policies and processes. Duties also include managing all aspects of international moves from initiation to repatriation and advising HRBPs on most appropriate and cost effective mobility approach for different situations and needs, advising on any risks and issues. The successful candidate will posses extensive experience of Mobility Management in an international company including policy development, and vendor management as will as proven ability to influence and engage diverse senior stakeholders. Good technical knowledge in all aspects of Mobility including tax, balance sheets, etc is essential along with good influencing and customer skills.
