My client is a commercial business based in Bedfordshire who are looking to hire a graduate HR Advisor to support a very specialised client group. You will be a strong Generalist who enjoys a broad operational role within a fast paced environment. The client are looking for a very flexible individual who has a proactive approach. Alongside managing complex ER cases you will have the opportunity look across the Reward and L&D piece.
We are looking for experience in the following: * Management of complex ER cases * Good working knowledge of UK Employment Regulations * Advice around disciplinary, grievances, capability and investigations * Coaching Line Managers to manage issues on a local level and reduce the number of cases arising * Assessing L&D requirements across the client group * Supporting of the recruitment across the business including salary benchmarking * Headcount forecasting This is a very autonomous role which requires you to communicate with Line Managers across different time zones and so remote working experience would be a distinct advantage. You must hold a Degree qualification and CIPD would be desirable.
