A new an exciting opportunity has arisen within a Peterborough based organisation for an HR Manager.

This is an all encompassing role with responsibilities including:

  • Full HR responsibility for the Peterborough and London office including full employee relations
  • Policy, procedure and legislation
  • Working with the Directors on organisational strategy
  • Payroll- ensuring finance are up to date with starters, leavers, contractual changes
  • Recruitment and retention
  • Performance reviews
  • Training and development
  • Health and Safety

You will have extensive generalist HR experience, ideally within a management capacity or in a standalone position.
