A new an exciting opportunity has arisen within a Peterborough based organisation for an HR Manager.
This is an all encompassing role with responsibilities including:
- Full HR responsibility for the Peterborough and London office including full employee relations
- Policy, procedure and legislation
- Working with the Directors on organisational strategy
- Payroll- ensuring finance are up to date with starters, leavers, contractual changes
- Recruitment and retention
- Performance reviews
- Training and development
- Health and Safety
You will have extensive generalist HR experience, ideally within a management capacity or in a standalone position.
