Head of Recruitment - Law Firm
A growing entrepreneurial international law firm based in Central London are looking for a Head of Recruitment to join the HR team. Reporting in to the Managing Partner, you will be responsible for managing; resourcing strategy, resourcing projects and managing all fee earner and partner hiring independently for the organisation.
As the Head of Recruitment based in this law firm, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and managing the resourcing strategy for the organisation
- Working closely with the Managing Partner, Partners and business to manage all partner and fee-earner hiring end-to-end across the organisation, including market mapping, headhunting / direct hiring, psychometric assessments, interviewing, reporting and offer management
- Managing resourcing projects - brand, values, events, client initiatives
- Supporting the development of the HR / Resourcing team
As an established Senior Recruitment Manager or Head of Recruitment within another commercial global law firm or professional services organisation, you will be comfortable managing all partner and fee-earner hiring largely independently. You will ideally have operated as a lawyer and degree (2:1+) and / or languages are desirable. You will be entrepreneurial, creative and have exceptional stakeholder management skills.
