HR Manager (Retail)
My client is a globally renowned fashion brand based in North London who are currently experiencing a significant level of growth and success. Due to this they're looking to appoint a HR Manager into the business and support their HQ functions.This is a demanding role which is constantly changing and very fast paced so would suit individuals who have worked in retailing environments.Key responsibilities include:Manage ER issues including grievances, disciplinaries and long term sick cases in line with company policy as well as guiding and coaching managers on performance management techniques.Support managers with all aspects of succession planning, manpower planning and management recruitment to support the business's growth and expansion strategy.Taking on projects to support the business's strategic growth plans and supporting the business with change management.Maintaining high levels of HR visibility to encourage a supportive HR culture and approachability.Our client is looking for an individual who is a strong HR professional. You will need to have a strong understanding of ER, Payroll, Recruitment and HR process and be able to flourish within an ambiguous environment.This business is well known within the retailing market and require individuals who are passionate and driven.
