- Work alongside the HR Manager providing generalist HR support to the wider business
- Coordinate all training for new members of staff with further responsibility for the HR induction
- Take lead on both the external and internal recruitment process taking into consideration business requirements
- Manage all absent management cases
- Co-ordinate payroll in a timely manner
- Support voluntary terminations (severance calculations, letter preparation).
You will have previous experience of using SAP and/or Success Factors.
Previous experience of supporting Payroll would be desirable.
