We are currently recruiting in our HR team for a HR Manager (Fixed term - 9 months). We are looking for an experienced individual to partner alongside senior stakeholders and take an active part in our current business transformation project.
The successful candidate will be required to work from either our Warrington office with a requirement to travel when necessary. The team work remotely, so must be a self starter.
In this role the key responsibilities will include:
Developing and facilitating the execution of direct change management within tight timescales.
Direct business partnering with our functional heads
Building commitment for HR strategies, identifying and working through specific functional concerns to embed initiatives
Focussing HR effort around key business priorities
Acting as a coach to senior management teams to improve the effectiveness of change management activities
Regularly review headcount with Finance colleagues to ensure budgets are appropriately managed in business areas
Ensure appropriate sign off for external spend and provide internal challenge to ensure effective use of future spend
Key skills & experience:
Ideal opportunity for a HRM / Advisor to be involved in a company wide change management project and who is passionate about change.
Must be CIPD qualified with a FMCG / Manufacturing background desirable
Must have project management skills
Knowledge of HR legislation and regulations
Working knowledge of TUPE and leading organisational change/ restructures including redundancy processes
A good influencer without authority with excellent communication skills
