HR Shared Services Manager - Up to £75k - Middlesex - Job Role

Reporting to the Director of HR Services EMEA and managing a team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and executing the implementation of the HR Services function and all associated infrastructure across key European countries
  • Being ultimately accountable for all aspects of HR Services delivery and setting best practice
  • Being a true leader and example setter for a fantastic, high achieveing team
  • Managing everything from offer letters right through to termination and everything in betwen
  • Working through exciting change, particularly regarding the HR function and newly implemented technologies to further enable your area

HR Shared Services Manager - Up to £75k - Middlesex - Key Skills

  • Significant experience and expertise of leading a complex HR Services function, both operationally and strategically
  • European experience is key and a second language would be highly beneficial
  • An inspiring leader who has the style to engage and guide a high achieveing team and contribute to the fun, collaborative culture they already have
  • A significant grasp of HR Systems from an operational perspective and how they can add value to HR
  • The ability to both follow procedures whilst also thinking on your feet to provide positive solutions to the business
