HR Business Partner
An outstanding interim HR Business Partner is required for an ambitious and driven business based in Northamptonshire. This could suit a career interim who can help to fill a gap whilst we find the perfect full time candidate or someone who is happy to consider a temp to perm option.
We are looking for a passionate HR Business Partner who has the skills to navigate their way round a business that is going through transformation and growth. As the HR Business Partner of Northern Europe you will be working with business leaders across multiple countries, influencing, innovating and driving the wider people strategy.
You will be reporting into an inspirational HR leader and have line responsibility of one other HR team member.
This particular business requires an individual who has had experience operating in a sales environment who understands the challenges that such a culture can present. You will ideally have worked within complex matrix environments with a proven ability to influence at the highest level, illustrating your commercial nature.
As key hire to this business you will need to be pragmatic but engaging with your key stakeholders and able to contribute with strategic planning and decision making. There is a preference for HR Professionals who have had lots of experience with change management and organisational development.
As this is an urgent requirement you will need to be available immediately or at short notice.
