A new opportunity has arisen working for a leading business based in Harlow, the company really make a difference to people's lives and have a strong track record of success. They are looking to recruit for a new Recruitment Manager to head up their function. The role needs a very proactive candidate who enjoys both recruitment and also business development.

The main aims of the role are;

• To be responsible for all aspects of managing the Recruitment Process
• To ensure the targets and goals for recruitment are achieved with agreed quality applicants

Duties and responsibilities

• To develop targeted advertising campaigns
• To run the recruitment open days
• To manage the feedback to all applicants
• To manage contract process
• To work in conjunction with the Marketing team to develop effective PR and communication strategies showcasing the business opportunity
• To produce weekly management reports detailing candidates and activity tracking, reporting and analysis
• Develop resourcing solutions and design recruitment tools to address immediate and long term recruitment objectives
• Develop the competency framework and tools to ensure the business needs are met and the right people are appointed first time

Skills and experience required:

• Ability to establish credibility quickly with external and internal customers and build excellent working relationships
• Great interpersonal and presentation skills
• Flexible approach to hours and ability to run recruitment open days from locations across the country
• Eager to take responsibility
• Knowledge of competency frameworks
• Excellent sales experience, and marketing Knowledge
