Joining a newly structured team with the opportunity to make change across the business, this is an amazing opportunity for someone looking for that next step.Experience in a similar industry is ideal, as well as someone who has strong stakeholder management skills, building and maintaining their own relationships across a business.Duties will include: Insight and Solutions: advising leaders and managers on the development of departmental strategies and plans across the businessOrganisational Design and Change: collaborating with managers to understand challenges and opportunities within the organisational design and identifying changes in order to deliver the strategic goalsEmployee Relations: lead of complex and high end ER issues including investigations, advising leaders chairing disciplinaries and other potential issuesPerformance and Development: working with managers to develop tools and capabilities to create a high performing cultureAttraction, Retention and Succession: talent mapping and working with leaders to identify key roles and potential successorsEngagement: designing and running projects to drive employee engagement and supporting delivery of engagement surveys This person will be responsible for bringing new and fresh ideas, and help the business move forward. They are looking for an agile, driven and commerically aware Business Partner who can build strong credibility quickly.
