L&D Coordinator - Consultancy - Newcastle
My client, a graduate attraction, recruitment and development consultancy with offices in London and Newcastle are currently looking for a L&D Coordinator to join their high preforming team.This is a fast growing and exciting consultancy that focuses mainly on the development of companies and people. They are looking to recruit an ambitious, driven and creative individual to join their programme delivery team in their Newcastle office. They work in partnership with their clients to provide a full, end-to-end service that helps to attract, recruit, develop and retain top talent. The main purpose of the role is to develop long-term partnerships and provide exceptional levels of service always.The successful candidate will take a strategic role in developing high quality learning and development interventions, including; graduate schemes, leadership and management programmes and organisational change projects. As part of the role the successful candidate will:Support in the delivery of 'discovery sessions' with clients to understand their unique challengesWork with the delivery team and use problem solving to identify innovative solutions to the challenges our clients facePrepare bespoke training content including training materials such as presentation slides, workbooks and activitiesAct as the main point of contact for the team of associate trainers, ensuring that they are fully prepared to deliver training contentSupport in the evaluation of interventions to demonstrate return on investment to the clientsWork with the project coordinator to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to the highest level of qualityWork closely with the sales function to develop bespoke client proposalsTake responsibility for keeping up to date with researching the latest trends in talent developmentThis is an exciting opportunity for someone to gain exposure working in a consultative environment with organisations in the FTSE 100 and SME's sector.They are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual with a clear passion for supporting business growth through the development of people! Ideally a degree holder within Occupational Psychology, Business Management or Human Resource Management is desirable but not essential.Paying a salary of £22k - £25k.
