Our client - an internationally renowned financial services group with headquarters in London are looking for a very niche profile. Supporting the Talent function this role will be responsible for MI and talent analytics as well as providing support on talent projects managing learning & development events, programmes and communications.

With the somewhat unusual combination of responsibilities our client is looking for someone that is particularly skilled in data analytics and systems management but whom has the aptitude to manage projects and an interest in Talent overall would be an obvious advantage.

Responsibilities will include:

Design and deliver MI and reporting dashboards, provide insight on analytics including headcount, talent, diversity, performance, resourcing and attrition

Support review processes including project management, data collection and analytics, writing and updating reports and packs contributing to design

Programme logistics for learning and development initiatives including managing relationships with suppliers, reviewing content

Manage / support HR projects, putting together proposals, project plans, monitoring progress, updates and communications

Track HR budget including spend analysis

Support high profile HR events being responsible for logistics

Ownership of systems such as learning management

Candidate suitable for this opportunity will:

Be highly comfortable with data including demonstrable experience in designing reports, managing complex data, systems

Have an eye for detail, design and presentation of data

Have advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills

Be comfortable in a role that requires event management and that is a mixture of administration and ad-hoc requests
