HR Shared Services Team Leader

An internationally established engineering business is seeking a highly capable HR practitioner who can lead a newly created HR Shared Service Centre. In this newly defined position the HR Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the Shared Service Centre runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering a best-in-class HR service to the business.

Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the wider HR team, you will:

• Manage team performance against KPIs to ensure accuracy and quality of correspondence;
• Ensure that all processes are reviewed, fit for purpose, and delivered in a timely and efficient manner;
• Work with the HR Manager to develop standard templates and documents for use by the HR team;
• Oversee the teams use of HR Systems.

With this a new role having been created you will have the chance to make a distinct within the business, the HR function and the HR Shared Service Centre.

Initially this role will be for a period of 9 months but there is a strong change that this role will be extended.

To be considered for this role you must:

• Have a strong transactional background;
• Ideally have worked within a Shared Service Centre;
• Have supervisory experienced.
