EMEA HR Business Partner
As a generalist EMEA HR Business Partner, you will partner and support the relevant business area Director to ensure the various change programmes and live people projects are landed effectively alongside managing all aspects of the wider business unit people agenda from a generalist HR perspective.

Key areas of responsibility are -
Supporting and working with the Head of HRBPs on delivering the Global People plan as well as shaping local country Workforce plans to deliver the Strategy
Work with MDs and local HR where present on strategic resource planning, headcount and budget management
Build close relationships with various business leaders and HR COEs (resourcing and L&D) to define recruitment standards. Works proactively with Line Managers to support Senior recruitment
Drive continuous global change across their respective business unit(s), working with wider HR COEs and the IT and Change Team were relevant
Ensure organisation and team design is relevant and fit for purpose based on business plans. This will also include ensuring there is clear accountability for roles within the teams.
From a talent management perspective you will work with the L&D teams to ensure development programs are delivered,
You will build and deliver successful talent reviews and successions plans to drive employee performance, coaching relevant leaders and managers on implementing a high performance culture and relevant frameworks
Supporting and partnering with the Head of HRBPs and Global HRD on the annual Employee Surveys; engagement and action planning
Interested candidates must have demonstrable experience of working in an international or EMEA context. You must be operating as a strategic HR Business Partner and have worked with COE throughout your most recent positions. You must be willing to travel internationally as well as develop and then deliver through international relationships. You should also have a track record of delivery through having worked closely with both senior stakeholders as well as those internal HR colleagues. Driven to take ownership of projects through to completion, you must be comfortable working autonomously in a complex, fast paced matrix business and have a forward facing and analytical approach to solving problems. Clear thinking, and an ability to see the big picture at all times will be key skills for the successful candidate whilst embodying the core values and vision of the business - both internally and externally - will be of significant importance to your success in the role. Those candidates who have worked and supported Sales teams will be looked at very positively in this process. All candidates must be able to demonstrate resilience and to have taken corporate client groups through major positive change programs, be driven by commercial decision making and able to apply this thinking when dealing with your client group.
Salary of up to £65,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package including car allowance, bonus, pension and private health care.
