Better Placed HR are working alongside a reputable organisation on an exciting Recruitment Assistant opportunity in West Yorkshire. This is a great opening for a Recruitment Assistant who is looking to make a real mark on the organisation.

This is full 360 role where you with be working with line managers to create workforce plans, build relationships, manage events and develop a marketing plan as well as build relationships with strong stakeholders across the business, and have the opportunity to develop innovative and creative talent. As well as having an active involvement in managing, defining and conducting direct sourcing campaigns, utilising a variety of channels, including; digital and social media tools/ platforms.

Conducting face to face interviews where required, designing assessment centres, running and facilitating assessment centres. Carrying out phone interviews, arranging interviews, liaise directly with candidates and agencies. As well as gathering hiring managers and candidate feedback post interviews.

Customer experience should be at the heart of everything you do, this is a true end to end talent acquisition role so you should be someone who has a passion for sourcing talent and building relationships across the sectors you operate within.

The right candidate must have great communication and organisational skills, you will ideally have experience of working within a fast paced and changing environment whilst being able to deal with challenging day to day tasks.
