HR Manager (Standalone)
I'm delighted to be working with a fast-growing start up FMCG business on their search for their first HR Manager. Based in amazing offices in Central London, you will have a full generalist remit, with an emphasis on recruitment, talent management and employee engagement. Their employees are dynamic and ambitious so the business is looking for someone who is passionate about engagement - this isn't just surveys, they want the wow factor!
The main areas of the role:
Recruitment - developing recruitment strategy, including building a careers page
Talent Management - succession planning and retention initiatives
Comp & Bens - salary reviews
Advisory - coaching managers
Administration - this is a standalone role so there will be admin involved but you will also look at policies & procedures
Learning & Development - designing inductions, building a clear people development strategy
You will have frequent contact with the Leadership Team, reporting into the MD and you shouldn't be afraid to challenge. As the business continues to grow, it is likely a Leadership role may be created but initially you will be comfortable doing an end-end generalist role.
In order to be succesful in this role you will be a confident HR Manager/HR Business Partner/Senior HR Advisor who is looking to build and develop HR across their exciting people focused business. You will have strong ER knowledge and a forward-thinking approach to HR.
