This is a newly created role which will create and establish a culture of continuous learning and people development across all business functions. You will sit on the HR leadership team and have responsibility for a team of L&D Managers. The role has accountability for ensuring all training initiatives are focused, directed and influential. Your role will be to create and lead on the L&D strategy for the business, working closely with business leaders and the HR Director to develop a world class L&D offering. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established L&D leader looking for an opportunity with an organisation that places people development at its core.
You will be an established Head of Learning and Development, with a track record of implementing people development solutions, within a large, complex organisation. You will have experience designing and delivering learning and talent development frameworks across an entire organisation, coupled with expertise delivering successful employee engagement programmes.
