Better Placed HR have a fantastic opportunity for a Temp HR Administrator In Harrogate. The role of a HR Administrator plays a key part in the company's growth and success. Within the role you will be supporting the HR Manager on a full range of generalist HR projects.
Our Client is looking for someone who is self-sufficient, professional and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
This is a full Generalist role - and you will be involved with all aspects of HR, including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Compensation and Learning & Development. Employee relations -provide advice and support to managers on a range and complexity of ER issues. Providing support and advice in regards to disciplinary proceedings, take notes in meetings, providing advice on what decision to make and the employment law around it. Management of long-term absences cases, attend meetings. Working with management team to help improve employee engagement and well being through incentive schemes, health and benefit programmes. Full end to end recruitment and selection utilising in house recruitment methods and third party agencies where necessary. Designing and conducting training as and when required. Monitor and measure absence in a business including trigger reports and analysing the results. Lead and support a number of projects such as management development and performance management. Promotion of HR policies and procedures, ensure all managers and staff are aware and operating to them efficiently and effectively.
