My client in the online gaming industry is looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join their team; the role will be generalist, working closely with the HR Manager, but will have a focus on reporting and analytics. Candidates must therefore have an interest in this field.
*First point of contact for HR queries, supporting the grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and hearings
*Develop recruitment campaigns, facilitating the on-boarding process including paperwork
*Ensure all HR information is up to date, and responsible for reporting on staff metrics
*Acts as an HRIS super user, maintains and develops the HR system
*Supports the department with staff budgeting and annual salary reviews
*Previously worked in a HR Officer/Advisor capacity
*Ideally have worked in a global, matrixed organisation
*Experience working in technology, media, advertising or similar organisations
*Have an interest in HR reporting and analytics
