Senior Director – Compensation & Benefits
My client, a global lodging company are looking to recruit a Senior Director – Compensation & Benefits Integration - to take ownership of the integration of two distinct comp and bens systems as a result of an acquisition. The role reports into the VP HR Europe with a dotted line into the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits in the USA and is a standalone position.
Key responsibilities will include:
- responsibility for working with the US Global C&B Team to ensure European buy in to and implementation of strategy and initiatives.
- Working with 3rd party vendors to determine the best approach for harmonising the total reward programs. Conducting a thorough review and comparison of current plan designs and providing harmonisation recommendations and obtain buy in and sign off.
- Being the organisations representative at key industry Compensation Forums.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced Compensation & Benefits Professional with experience of working within a US lead organisation with a matrixed structure. You will be degree educated and happy to work at both strategic and operational level.
