My client, an Insurance firm based in The City is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team.

Performing a wide range of HR admin duties, the role will include:

Ensuring all records are up to date

Assisting with payroll processes

Assisting Head of HR and HR Officer with admin involving pensions

Processing new joiners, leavers and any ad hoc amendments to do with company benefits

Arranging interview and room bookings as well as offer packs and contracts

Assisting with organsising training events

Handling HR queries in a timely and effective manner

The ideal candidate will possess:

Excellent interpersonal skills

High attention to detail

Ability to converse with all levels of staff

High levels of organisation

High levels of discretion

Strong Excel skills
