Better Placed HR People are working for an organisation who are looking for an HR Projects Advisor to join their operation based in Leeds. This role provides the opportunity to join this rapidly growing business.
Within the role you will be reporting to the HR Operations Manager and working in a team of 3. The right candidate will provide comprehensive and effective generalist HR support. You will provide advice, support, direction and development, in order to support the mission of the business. A large part of this unique role will be getting involved with various exciting projects. You will develop the well being strategy and redesign and implement a new employee benefits programme. You will be involved in reshaping the employee life cycle from start to finish, including redesigning the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an HR Generalist role, and a background in HR project work from gathering stage to implementation. Ability to effectively communicate, both written and orally, with a range of audiences, ability to manage plans effectively, prioritising tasks as required, ability to build relationships internally and externally, previous experience working with an HR system and ideally a background in analysing figures.
