The People Advisor will work with the Senior People Advisor to deliver a comprehensive HR service to all Retail stores. They will also support the development of the People Assistant in terms of retail employee relations.

Description

  • Previous experience advising and coaching Management on employee relations including LTS, performance management, policies and procedures, consultation in either a retail or hospitality environment
  • Has very good knowledge of UK employment legislation; knowledge of Irish employment legislation is beneficial but not essential
  • Able to deliver quality results in a very fast pace environment
  • Able to deal with a variety of people issues at different levels within the organisation requiring excellent communications skills and the ability to influence and to gain trust and respect without direct managerial control
  • Is able to accept a change or unplanned workload and has the ability to be flexible enough to deal with transformational, as well as transactional requirements

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Be operating at HR Advisor level already
  • Be able to manage/advise and coach managers on complex ER issues independently
  • Have relevant Retail/Hospitality industry experience
  • Be immediately available
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent

Job Offer

£30,000 - £35,000
