HR Operations Specialist, 6 months
Your new company
Part of a global group, this organisation is the market leader in its field. Its head office in Guildford has experienced recent change and as part of the journey an operational improvement specialist is required for an initial period of 6 months.
Your new role
This role has been created to guide the HR function through a period of improvement both internally and with suppliers, with the main goal being effective and efficient processes for the HR team. As part of the role you will be expected to analyse and document processes and in turn lead the redesign process by identifying the most appropriate solutions, be it enhancement, alternative routes or complete functional changes. You will champion continual process improvement, controlling delivery time and qualities individually.
You will work with all external partners to contribute a similar service, ensuring that all outsourced processes are streamlined to match the expected high levels of performance from the internal team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in understanding the operational functions of a HR department and will be able to demonstrate key project management skills relating to this. You will have operated at a senior level within HR and be able to convey an understanding of all levels within the business to best understand the most efficient processes.
What you'll get in return
£44-48K pa (£170-185 per day PAYE), on site parking.
