HR Advisor (Maternity Cover)
My client are a global media business, with offices in West London. They require a HR Advisor to join until March 2018 to provide Maternity Cover. This role will be supporting the HR Business Partner on all generalist HR duties, including: Pro-actively supporting HRBP(s)Using HR insight to influence change initiatives at a tactical levelSupport managers with employee relations cases including PIPs, disciplinary, grievance, absence and redundancySupport managers in the delivery of major change initiativesWork with our Centres of Expertise and the HRBP team to ensure the effective development of HR policies and practices to meet business needsWorking with line managers and HRBP colleagues you will implement the project plans derived from the brand People Plan Necessary key skills/experience: Experience in working on a variety of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, redundancy and absenceAbility to influence and appropriately challenge line managers in the adoption of best practiceThe ability to work pro-actively and collaboratively as part of a dispersed teamTake responsibility and accountability to uphold high levels of quality serviceNumerate, analytical with an interest and ability in HR systems As this role is to cover maternity, you must be available on short notice or immediately to be considered.
