HR Manager; Temp (8 weeks); Paying £33,000 (pro rata); Based in Preston

Search HR are very proud to be supporting a well known, well respected organisation in recruiting an HR Manager for temp cover. This is a great HR Manager job whereby you will perform both a strategic, operational and varied HR role to offer a supportive HR service in a fast paced environment that is constantly evolving. The HR Manager will report into the Head of HR

In performing this interim HR Manager role, your core duties and responsibilities will include (but will by no means be limited to):

* Managing direct reports across HR, Training and Recruitment functions

* To act as a sounding board for the HR team and handling escalated generalist HR issues of a more complex nature
* Scoping out, planning and supporting with recruitment
* Coaching and mentoring management
* Building strong working relationships

Applicants will ideally be CIPD level 7 qualified. An in depth level of experience in the following areas will be advantageous to your application:

* Strong and confident employment law knowledge
* Coaching and developing
