Global Resourcing Lead
A leading Recruitment Outsourcing provider is currently seeking a global Resourcing Lead to be responsible for working with the client and onsite teams to drive global operational excellence and continuous service improvement within the operational service delivery function. You will provide a structured project management approach to process improvement programmes across the global platform.
This individual will ensure that they work with the global onsite teams and Head Office functions to ensure that these are delivered taking a structured, professional approach. In addition, the role will be accountable for innovation, escalation management and resolution with a real focus on the operational running of the account on a global scale.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Completing operational reviews with onsite teams, including agreement obligations, process re-engineering and providing recommendations
- Draft and deliver detailed project plans and associated documentation covering all components including planning, process design, communication etc.
- Managing and tracking all operational projects including providing summary reports to Operational Directors monthly
The successful candidate must have strong operational experience within an RPO environment and experience of delivering recruitment projects/initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement or value add. Ideally, you will have implemented an RPO onsite previously and therefore have a considerable understanding of the Client-RPO relationship. Prince 2 certification would be advantageous as well as experience of working in the financial services.
This role would suit a highly analytical problem solver and someone who is self-motivated and able to face toff to multiple stakeholders. This will be a visible role within the account so strong stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships quickly is imperative.
