Working directly with the HR Director across the full remit of HR you will be exposed to Employee Relations, Training & Development, Organisational Development, Recruitment, Performance Management, Payroll, Engagement initiatives and Project management.
You will be an experienced HR Advisor who has managed Employee Relations cases up to Manager level including absence management and conflict management and probation periods.
Preferably you will have a background in working within a small HR team and very busy environment. You will be solutions focused and commercial minded to understand the business needs and strategic plan. You will have experience managing the analytics of HR including managing the MI and being the systems guru for HR.
This role will play a central role int he delivery of high quality HR service and you will be well rewarded with development of your HR skills/career.
- Fully CIPD
- Demonstrated HR generalist experience
- Excellent knowledge in employment law
- Strong understanding of HR policy and procedures
- Experience with MI and HRIS
- Have a strong willingness to advance your HR career and committed to your own professional development
