HR Business Partner
As the HR Business Partner you are responsible for leading the development, implementation, management of and understanding of HR strategies, policies and programs to support the business in achieving its goals.
You will be working closely with the leadership team on coaching, developing and advising line managers in how to manage effectively their people resource.
Demonstrated experience in a Business Partner capacity providing guidance and advice on a range of HR issues. Proven experience planning and delivering on HR strategic projects. Be able to build strong relationships with business stakeholders. Understand business objectives and build confidence in the Business Partnering model.
CIPD or equivalent qualification. Exceptional written and verbal communications.
You will have a highly consultative and persuasive style, be able demonstrate good problem solving skills and have the drive to follow projects through to completion.
