The role sits within the Payroll and Finance team in London, servicing employees from London, New York, Hong Kong and Dubai. The sucessful candidate will be responsible for accurate oversight of payroll, accounting and reporting. It is a key position delivering payroll controls and accounting, working closely with the Payroll Support teams, Global Mobility and MI teams in HR.
Main duties include:
- Accurately reconciling payroll, pensions, benefits and incentive compensation awards within the SAP general ledger and HR/Payroll bank accounts.
- Balance sheet reconciliations for all HR balance sheet accounts in multiple currencies
- Ensuring accruals are raised on a monthly basis where appropriate for costs associated with taxable benefits such as the PSA and P11D
- collation of ERS, Form 42, and PSA data
- Regular meetings with Tax to be aware of risk 'hot spots' and to discuss new legislation and impact on payroll
