HR Business Partner
Macildowie HR are working exclusively on a retained bases with a housing organisation based in Leicester that are going through an exciting period of change! Working alongside another HR Business Partner supporting 600 employees across the UK and working at head office you will work in a generalist role supporting both operationally and strategically. Having recently gone through a large acquisition you will be joining a new team ready to push forward the HR function! This is a perfect stepping stone for a Senior HR Advisor who wants to progress into a HR Business Partner or a HR Business Partner who has worked at a similar level who wants to work in a varied role delivering on numerous projects. The role is based in Leicester and paying £35,500 + benefits.
Reporting into the HR Manager and working closely with the wider HR team you will ensure the effective and appropriate HR policies and procedures are in place, giving first line advice on a range of complex employee relations issues, frequently coaching line managers to develop their knowledge and key understanding in a really hands on role. You will work closely with the Recruitment Officer and L&D Manager on Â recruitment, training and development and look at KPI's to ensure the HR department is helping push forward the organisation. You will have fantastic relationship management skills in order to build relationships with your key stakeholder's and trade unions.
This is also a fantastic opportunity to work on large scale HR projects including change employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, change management projects and reward.
You will be an excellent communicator, motivational and confident in order to build strong relationships with your key stakeholder's across head office and your region to ensure you're working in a true partnership approach.

We are looking for a generalist HR professional currently in a HR Business Partner role or as a Senior HR Advisor who wants their next step. You will be an engaging, inspirational and vibrant character who is driven and excited to make a real difference to an organisation. You will have fantastic communicator and influencer in order to build strong relationships with your stakeholder's and take a hands on approach in order to support on a range of ER cases and operational work. You will be able to identify areas of improvement and implement practical solutions in to build the function from the bottom up.
