Strategic HR Business Partner
Strategic HR Business Partner required a 6 month contract for an expanding international technology company based in Berkshire. Reporting into the SLT with a dotted line to an overseas based head office HR team, your remit will focus on supporting the UK leadership team in a period of growth. Your role will include many HR generalist accountabilities including:
-Development of local business culture within the organisation
-Working with the international recruitment teams on resourcing talent.
-Refining the onboarding experience.
-BAU HR responsibilities such as assistance with ER issues, policies, coaching managers, advising on reward.
With an immediate start, this role requires a professional interim who will hit the ground running. You will have the gravitas and credibility to build and hold the trust of your overseas based HR Director, and the ability to coach, advise and influence the UK senior leadership team. Enthusiastic and results focused you will be able to achieve quick wins whilst demonstrating progress along a clear strategy.
