Senior Recruiter - EMEA TechnologyPermanentBerkshire£50,000 - £60,000 I am looking for a Senior Recruiter, who most importantly has strong experience and knowledge of recruiting in Europe. It is essential the successful candidate is comfortable recruiting in locations across EMEA, and enjoys the delivery side of recruitment. You will be managing roles such as:- Marketing- Business Analysts- Business services roles- Procurement You will be managing around 20 vacancies at any one time. This is therefore a role for a recruiter who loves Partnerting with your stakeholders and delivering excellent hires across the business. You will manage the candidate and stakeholder through a complete process and play a key role in strategy around hiring, though I must emphasise that whilst strategy is involved, the most important thing is delivering on these hires. It is advantageous if the successful candidate has experience in a technology business, but not essential. You will be solutions focussed, and a team player. In turn, you will get to work with an exciting, growing business, and an incredibly impressive, collaborative and ambitious HR team. This role would suit someone who has strong EMEA recruitment experience either in house, or looking to make the move to an in-house role from agency. Thank you.
