HR Administrator - Temp Immediate Start
HR Administrator required for an interim period to provide HR administration and system support to overall HR function.
Supporting a new HR system implementation you will you will collate HR data, support data cleansing, create matrix reports focusing on areas such as absence or recruitment, produce management information and general HR system updates required at administration level. When supporting the HR team you will support HR processes, HR reporting and general HR system duties.
- Provide solid HR administration system support
- Collation of HR data and MI
- Produce reports, spreadsheets and data matrix aligned to HR system data
- Co-ordinating evaluation process, collating feedback reports
- Ensuring that all data available in the HR system is accurate and up-to-date
This is a fast paced environment where attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will be key. The ideal HR Administrator will have strong HR systems experience where you will have provided organised and systematic support.
You will have strong MS office and systems experience and will be able to utilise management information effectively. This is on going temporary role where experience of working with the Private sector advantageous.
Immediate start required - city centre based.
