An industry leading aviation business based near Gatwick Airport is looking for a HR Advisor to join the team on a 12 month FTC. The role will support the organisation's wider transformation programme and will involve providing generalist advice and guidance to a dedicated business group, in close liaison with the HR Business Partners.
-Act as the first point of contact for queries
-Work under general guidance from the ER Manager, supporting managers in case management including grievance, discipline, attendance and performance
-Provide facilitation support as required e.g. to roll-out new corporate initiatives or support succession planning
-HR advisory experience gained from a regulated environment, preferably financial services
-Experience working in a changing environment
-Able to travel between Crawley and Central London
