Oakleaf are proud to be partnering a global business in Richmond with easy access via public transport, who is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. Reporting into the European Head of HR, your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Build an operationally strong People & Environment team

Create and implement clear people processes across the European region that align with global employee processes

Drive compensation and benefit administration across Europe

Manage the HRIS database for payroll, benefits and personal employee data

Manage the payroll database and connection with HRIS to ensure data and system integrity

Manage the monthly payroll process for UK, Belgium, France, Germany and Switzerland employees

Resolves any issues with employee processes and communicate with vendors and employees proactively

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Processed payroll across European countries, in particular Belgium

Experience with HRIS implementation or driving adoption of HRIS system and associated processes

Experience with employee compensation and benefit administration across Europe

Effective communication - tools and techniques, ability to effectively transmit, receive and accurately interpret ideas, information and needs

Relationship skills - ability to build constructive and collaborative relationships both up and down the management chain

Ability to meet and exceed internal customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner

Strong excel skills

In return my client offers an excellent working environment, base salary of £55-65k plus 10% bonus and a very strong benefits package.
