HR Business Partner
An urgent requirement for HR Business Partner to join this organisation on an initial 3 month period. The role of HR Business Partner is to support the HR Director ensuring the wider people agenda and initiatives are implemented and managed to the highest standard.
Collaborating with the wider HR team you will cover all aspects of HR across your business unit, including, Talent Management, ER, Resourcing, Transformations Change, Reward and Development.
This role will require some travel with the expectation that you will be in the South of the UK on average once a week. To be considered for this post you will need to be proven HR Business Partner who can work fairly autonomously through this busy period of change. As an interim you will need to be a safe pair of hands who has previously worked with Unions.
