HR Business Partner
Working for this global Asset Management firm there is a need to recruit an HR Business Partner.
Reporting in the HR Director, you will operate as a trusted business partner supporting a senior management population providing tactical and operational HR generalist expertise across talent management and engagement, performance management, change management, employee relations and resourcing.
This role demands a confident and self-sufficient HR business partner with proven commercial generalist HR experience and a track record of delivery within financial services. It will suit someone who enjoys an end-to-end generalist HR role supporting all areas of the business, including front office.
Client focused, analytical and pragmatic, you'll be a collaborative team player and be comfortable working in a high pressure, fast paced environment where identifying needs, providing solutions and adding value is a prerequisite.
